My two boys motivate me more than anything. I want them to see what it looks like to work hard, lead with integrity, and still make time for what matters — and to see that you can build a career doing something you’re genuinely good at and enjoy.

Professionally, I love being the kind of expert my clients can trust completely. And on the team side, I’m just as invested in building real career paths for our advisors — because I’ve seen firsthand that advisors who feel supported and fulfilled in their own careers show up better for their clients. It’s not separate from client service; it’s the foundation of it. I love managing people, and creating an environment that’s challenging but genuinely fun is part of how we deliver for the people we serve.

My career path here has shaped how I show up for both clients and my team. I started in operations and worked my way through advisory, into partnership, and now the board of managers — so when I’m working with an advisor on my team, I’ve genuinely done their job, and I understand the pressures at every level of this business, not just from the top down.

On the client side, I bring a lot of lived experience to the table. I’m a divorced single mom of two boys, which means I’ve personally navigated major financial decisions — rebuilding, replanning, protecting my kids’ futures — during one of the harder transitions life can hand you. When a client is going through something similar, I’m not guessing at what that feels like.

I’m also one of six kids, so I grew up around a huge range of personalities and ages, which has genuinely made me a better listener and a better manager of people who don’t all think or work the same way.

I camped out overnight in a concrete parking lot to win a years worth of free fast food.
