Bio
Taylor is a Senior Operations Specialist who supports the advisory team in portfolio administration, client communications, and account maintenance. She plays a key role in delivering holistic financial reporting and managing client billing, helping ensure a seamless experience for both clients and advisors.
Prior to joining Maslow, Taylor served as a Festivals Accounting Specialist at C3 Presents LLC, a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. She joined the firm during its 2015 acquisition and supported the transition to a public company environment, adapting to increased operational complexity and financial oversight. Over four years, Taylor traveled nationwide to work onsite at major festivals, managing the extensive financial operations required to produce large-scale events. This experience built a strong foundation in accounting and operations that she has carried into her finance career.
Taylor graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and learning the ins and outs of homeownership. A longtime live music enthusiast, she continues to discover new artists and attend shows whenever she can.
I enjoy being the person who keeps the details moving behind the scenes, so our clients feel cared for and our advisors can stay focused on what matters most. There’s a lot of satisfaction in making things feel easy and secure.

I’m motivated by solving problems, improving processes, and finding ways to make things easier for both clients and advisors. I also enjoy work that requires managing multiple priorities efficiently. Ultimately, it’s rewarding to know that when I do my job well, clients feel taken care of and the team can focus more of its time on providing meaningful financial advice.
All the behind-the-scenes coordination that goes into making their experience feel seamless. Whether it’s catching an issue before it becomes a problem, making sure paperwork and transactions are handled accurately, or proactively following up on something they may not even realize is pending, those small details can make a big difference. I think the best client experience is one where things feel easy and effortless for the client—even when a lot may be happening behind the scenes to make that happen.
I’d love to instantly master an instrument. I think being able to pick up a guitar or piano and just play would be such a fun and rewarding skill to have.
