Bio

Carla is a client services professional with over eight years of experience in the financial services industry. Based between Austin and Madison, she specializes in building strong client relationships, streamlining operational processes, and delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals. Known for her problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and reliability, Carla has consistently enhanced both client experience and operational efficiency throughout her career.

In her current role as Senior Operations Specialist at Maslow Wealth Advisors, Carla serves as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on proactive issue resolution and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining full regulatory compliance. Prior to this, she worked at Beacon Trust Company in New Jersey, where she supported a 12-advisor team managing over $3 billion in assets and led a large M&A integration project, in addition to driving key process improvement initiatives. She began her career in New York City at a private bank, supporting the Latin America team across operations and client education.

Carla holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico and completed additional coursework at the University of Miami. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse client base. Having lived in places like Mexico, New York City, and Austin, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and experiencing the unique culinary scene each location has to offer. In her free time, she also enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Oreo.
