Bio
Audra serves as office manager and legal counsel, overseeing day-to-day operations at Maslow while also supporting the firm on legal and compliance matters.
Audra began her career as a corporate attorney in the Houston office of Jones Day. In 2018, she returned to Austin to join Dwyer Murphy Calvert LLP, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, company formations, and corporate governance. She first joined our team in early 2023, stepping away in 2024 to welcome her twins, and returning in 2026 to take on her current role.
Audra earned her Bachelor of B.B.A in Finance from Texas A&M University and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Texas.
When she is not bashing her toddlers’ dreams of becoming the world’s youngest acrobats or indulging Kevin, her goldendoodle, in his surprisingly extensive wardrobe, Audra can be found volunteering with the Trevor Project, cheering on the Dallas Mavericks, and rewatching The Office for the 487th time.

Q&A
I’m organized, detail-oriented, and I like solving problems — but underneath all of that is something simpler: I like helping people. Coming from corporate law into this role, I get to do all of it at once. Every system I build, every headache I organize away, is really just a more roundabout way of taking care of the people who rely on it.
My background as a corporate lawyer, plus being a mom of twins, means I’ve gotten very good at staying organized and on top of things when it’s chaotic. I bring the same instinct to work: stay ahead of the details so the team isn’t scrambling when something unexpected lands.
Living abroad for real. Not the study-abroad version where you’re back in four months — I mean actually settling in somewhere else long enough to know it, not just visit it.
